At the end of 2017, I was looking to refinance my condo to get out of a 7/1 ARM. I had no real experience or knowledge of the lending industry, but I have a few friends that work in the field. I was shopping around calling banks, and it seemed like everyone was telling me something different. So much that I started to not trust anyone. When I met Brandi I began to explain my situation, and I felt no pressure at all. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the lending practices, and was able to explain all the fees and processes in a way where I didn't feel like she was hiding anything from me. I’m happy to write a 5-star review for Everwise Home Loans & Realty for home loans and/or refinancing. I recently refinanced my home and Brian Chaplin lowered my monthly payment and dropped the mortgage insurance from my loan. Even though I already had good credit, Brian was able to raise my credit score to get me an even better rate. The entire process went efficiently, all updates and other communications were timely, and the loan closed quickly. Also, the rate on my new loan was lower than what my local bank and credit union offered. Last but not least, I received exactly what was promised and there were no unpleasant surprises
